Locator Map
The location is denoted by a small teardrop marker which will be centered in the map. You can zoom in and out using the control at the top left of the map. The map will also show other locations referred to in the various ‘geo-marked’ posts on my blog. If you hover over any marker a short description of the marked item will appear – if you left click on a marker then a short intro to the blog post will appear and you can click the title within that description to read the post in full.
Note – The best view is probably the Satellite map. The normal map is loaded by default for speed of rendering. You can change the map view using the tabs at the top – you can also show streetnames
If you wish to view the 3D map denoted by the tab ‘Earth’ then you will need to download the Google Earth plugin for your browser. Hope this resource is useful for you!!
